Description
Develop a foundational understanding of U.S. nonproliferation policy, export control regulations and applicable requirements for the review, handling, and marking of proliferation sensitive and export controlled information (ECI). Training activities include a detailed review of the applicable regulations, types of controlled technology, as well as hands-on exercises, interactive modules, and examination.
(U.S. Citizens Only) U.S. Government federal employees, their staff, and contractors at DOE & NNSA HQ, Field & Site Offices, national laboratories, and supporting elements who are responsible for technology release. Export Control Awareness Training is recommended prior to taking this course.
