The Defense Demilitarization Program Course (DDPC) is the Defense Logistic Agency’s (DLA) DEMIL certification course and is required for DOE / NNSA personnel to serve as a DEMIL certifier or verifier. DOE/NNSA labs, plants, sites, and programs involved in demilitarization of United States Munitions List (USML) or Commerce Control List Items (CCLIs) are required to have at least two trained and certified DEMIL personnel to fulfill DEMIL requirements outlined in DoDM 4160.28 Vol I-II.
